Dot Plaid

Chris from DotPlaid started by making things she loved for those she loved. Using paper and fabric she explores how the dyes and colors absorb into different fibers. Dying and lettering are done by hand, making each piece individual and unique.

With a love of all things color and using a variety of mediums – paper, textiles, texture, paint, dye, fabric, ribbon and even Kool-Aid – Chris draws inspiration from exploring how the dyes and colors absorb into those different textures.
